Don't let Satan talk you out of this Study. When Beth Moore arrived in Houston in the 1980s, she found few models for young women who wanted to teach scripture. You will then think it was well worth the time-consuming you may feel in the beginning. It will be a blessing and most rewarding. Remove a few minutes to incorporate those extra few minutes to dedicate to this Study. There are a few of us who are going to do the Study over again just to be re-emphasized on many areas. A women's group at my Church just finished this study, and no one was not rewarded in some way. that will lead into my overall Scripture reading and studying. I have read this Galatians many times, but after this Bible Study, I have a whole new way to study Scripture, cross-reference, memorize, etc. God will speak to your Spirit on each day with new insight. It's takes a lot of your time (homework) to do but you will learn a new way to study Scripture by breaking it down bit by bit. It took me more than 6 weeks to complete this study because of dreams God was fulfilling in in my life, but I will be forever grateful for the study of these words on the pages of this book. “ This has been my life during this Bible study. While I believe God cares about my dreams and desires, I have come to suspect that God is also after the birth of totally different dreams and desires in me, one’s that are generated from and fulfilled in another, better world. I’d be happy with one little desire being fulfilled. “ I don’t know about you, but God is often up to bigger things in my life than I want Him to be. So many highlights and notes I want to go back to now that I’m done, but the following quote has reverberated during this season of my life. Passing along our faith to our children is so important, and Beth, you have done this so well. Having daughters and reading through this study along with Beth and her daughter, made this journey even more powerful. Now, I’m ready to explore more and more, and excited about it. Honestly, Paul was not my favorite character from scripture until I read this book. This is my first “beginning to end” study on Paul. Find out how everything has changed, now that faith has come. Discover-or perhaps rediscover-what makes the gospel of Jesus Christ revolutionary to those who choose to believe. Study its original context and embrace its timeless relevance. Come to know the letter's original recipients. Join Beth and Melissa Moore for a six-week deep dive into Paul's captivating letter to the Galatians. The eternal words God entrusted to Paul for the churches of Galatia are as needed today as they were when the ink was still wet on the ancient pages. He'd remind them what it looked like to live for God's approval rather than human approval. He'd send a letter with the volume turned up, calling believers to stand firm in the truth, stay bold in love, and walk by the Spirit. Paul would not sit quietly by and let those who'd been liberated by Christ's glorious gospel submit again to a yoke of slavery. The relationship Paul would build with the Galatian converts-and his determination for the truth of the gospel to be preserved among them-led to one of the most passionate letters in the New Testament. God used a physical ailment to direct him there, carrying the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ. The apostle Paul didn't plan to go to Galatia.
